Deposit Policy

Your deposit secures your lash extensions or microblading appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the purchase at the time of your service. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 72 hours so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. No refunds are offered on services executed.

lf you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.

All retail product purchases are final sales.

Late Policy

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.

Lash Fills

You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining for a fill, otherwise, you will be charged for a full set. We recommend booking your fills every 2-3 weeks.
